Time to start again.
Starting weight: 141.4
Goal weight: 135
Good Habit: Read personal book for 10 minutes a day.
Bad Habit: Brush teeth every night.
Communications: Since I don't have teammates or opponents, I've decided that for communication I will try to blog something about the experience every day.
I'm still trying to come up with some sort of reward for myself (other than hopefully losing weight) for doing this. so far I don't have anything that I know will REALLY push me. So I will keep thinking for a while.

Trying to change the blog
Post Week 1 Summary
First item: my weight!
So one thing I'm not sure I like about the game is that is makes me a little obsessive about my weight. I'm trying to remind myself that it is more important that I am getting healthier and making better choices and losing the weight isn't the most important thing. With that said here were my weights this week:
Mar 22 (starting weight) 149.8
Mar 24 148.0
Mar 25 147.8
Mar 26 147.6
Mar 27 148.6- Okay coming back to this later!
Mar 28 148.4
Mar 29 (today) 146.6
Net pounds lost - 3.2
Percentage of weight lost -2.1%
So coming back to Mar 27. This really got me down. This wasn't after a day off or anything. I had eaten properly and exercised, but still gained a full pound in a day. It really got me down. I had worked super hard getting a perfect score all week. So after that was my day off and I lost just a little bit. This is where I really had to have a heart to heart with myself. I know that I want to get down to 135. I think that is a healthy reasonable weight for me. But I also know that I am seeing differences. I can tell my stomach- which is the area I am really unhappy with- is getting smaller. I've had more energy. All that is good. But I of course felt WAY better when I lost that pound and then some this morning! :)

Breakfast
(carb) 1/2 cup oatmeal
(protein) with 1scoop of James' protein mix.
(fat) and 8 almonds.
I also had my 1 glass of milk freebie.
So how was the first meal? Umm the milk and almonds were delish! Hehehe. Yeah the oatmeal was edible but barely. I will definately try something else tomorrow!
